Well, what a turn up for Caledonian Travel. Our stay was surprisingly good for the price paid. The staff Nikki and Chloe were extremely helpful and keen to ensure that our visit was the best that was achievable.Yes this is a Victorian hotel, but has oudles of character and features retained throughout it's history. It's kept clean and tidy with daily room cleaning and replenished with coffee ect.Thank you for helping to give us one of our best ever budget holidays.❤️

This is a budget hotel which provides exceptional value for money. Right on the seafront (and with free parking) I paid £30 for a single room with en suite. The room was clean and tidy and the bedding and towels smelt fresh and were very clean looking. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied, there was also a small bottle of water. Bathroom was a little dated but more than functionable and I was surprised (at the price range) to find that there was complimentary shower gel. Bed was more than comfy although only one pillow so if you like to be higher bring you own. What really made my stay though was the friendliness of the staff, a real 5* service! Breakfast is also available (although I needed to be out and about too early to have it) and I noticed on my way out that they have a 5* food hygiene rating. If I am back in G. Yarmouth again, I'll be booking another stay!

The staff couldn't do enough for us. Lovely atmosphere. The lift not working but was told about it before our staff, all staff would help you to get about the hotel. Food and service has been excellent. Nothing to much trouble.
